Public Demonstrations

Come along to one of the scheduled demonstrations on our calendar below. Whether you need some new ideas or menu options, or your kitchen has been deserted for the takeaway joint; come along to inject fresh adventure into your kitchen. There’ll be generous samples of all recipes demonstrated – so don’t stop at the fast-food joint on the way to class!

Private Demonstrations

Classes are tailored to your individual or group requirements. Choose one of our three featured packages below, or request a customised package to suit your needs.

Christia will come to your home/venue and cook for you or your group of friends. If you have a group but no venue, that can be arranged for you too. You can also book into a scheduled demonstration on our calendar. You’ll have generous samples of all recipes to taste – so come with an empty stomach!

Christia will spend an hour with you where you have the opportunity to ask questions and explore a range of various food options for your kitchen. You may have special dietary needs or need advice with weekly menus and shopping. You’ll get the run-down on meat-free cooking that includes enough protein and all the ingredients you need for a balanced diet. You’ll get information sheets, recipes and a two-week menu plan to get you started. In one hour you can go from clueless to CONFIDENT- without even cooking!

Ditch the 2-minute noodles and fast food and get some fresh food into you! Fresh doesn’t mean bland and boring! You’ll learn to cook delicious food that leaves plenty of room in the budget for the fun things in life. We aim to keep the cooking simple – a bit like throwing a roast in the oven. As well as receiving information sheets, recipes and a menu plan, Christia will cook using ingredients you can easily find in your supermarket. You’ll never have to fear the “vegetarian” world again! We’ll make some nibbles and cook 2 mains.

After this class, you’ll be totally sorted! You’ll be able to cook weekday food as well as special occasion food, and you’ll be well on your way to a healthy life and food budget. We’ll cook 3 mains, some nibbles and make a healthy dessert to round it all off. You’ll have information sheets, recipes, and a menu plan to push you out of the same-old, same-old or no idea cook, to fully functional meat-free cook!
